• Is your sports club not for profit?

If so, you may be eligible for a free license of our leading sports club management software.

Read below to see if you qualify and apply at the bottom of the page.

What is club membership software?

Here at Coacha, we recognize that many coaches at non-profit sports clubs aren't paid. And if the club can't pay the coaches, they may not be able to justify paying for club membership software either.

The majority of clubs in the world are now moving their previously paper-based admin system over to sports club management software. Software like Coacha helps clubs get organized and spend less time on admin. With features such as automatic rosters, automatic payments, a student list, signup form and email/text functionality, we help clubs cut back hours on their admin time and save thousands of dollars. We also help them work towards data privacy laws and child protection best practice.

Could your club be eligible for a free license of Coacha?

We already have lots of non-profit clubs who use Coacha. Over time, we've found that coaches in these clubs love Coacha so much, that they choose to pay for it out of their own pocket.

We understand why they do this, but we don't think it's fair that they have to use their own money to make their coaching lives easier. Also, we hate thinking that the ability to safeguard athlete data properly is solely dependant on finances.

For this reason, we're giving away a number of FREE licenses of Coacha (which usually cost $35 per month). If your club/school/academy isn't run for you to make a profit, then you're eligible!

In order to apply for a license, simply complete the form below and we'll be in touch if we require any further information. Alternatively, if your club is run for profit and you'd like to try Coacha, sign up for a 14-day free trial here.
