Here are some of our commonly asked questions

How about SMS costs?

We have partnered with TextLocal in the UK to provide you with the very best SMS service available on the market. When you've linked your TextLocal account (we can help with that!), you'll be able to buy credits with them. The cost per text depends on how many you want to buy, but they can be as little as 5.5p per text. Coacha's interface will let you know how many you use and how many you have left in credit.

Are there any additional fees?

You can take cash, BACS & Standing Orders without charge when using Coacha. You will only pay a fee if you want to use Coacha’s Automated Payment features and take money from your members by card (using Stripe) and / or direct debit (using GoCardless). If you want to take these payments then the transaction fees that are payable are: Card Payments - 2.4% + 20p per transaction (no VAT applicable and this INCLUDES Stripe fees); Direct Debit Payments - 2.2% + 24p per transaction (VAT included and this INCLUDES GoCardless fees). For comparison, PayPal fees are 2.95% +30p per transaction. If you would like to learn more about transaction fees, pricing and automated payments, please email fees@coacha.co.uk.

How am I charged?

We use GoCardless to collect our fee from you on a monthly basis. This charge will start when your free trial runs out and should you decide to subscribe. At that stage, we'll ask you to input your bank details then... bingo! You're all set up! Oh... and you're free to cancel at any time if anything changes.
