I’m not getting notifications on my Android device, why is that?

A few possible reasons could include your in-app notification settings which you may have inadvertently toggled off or your device’s internal notification settings. At times, even having an outdated device OS or your sports app for Android being outdated can cause this issue.

We recommend that you set your notifications to ‘always on’ both within your device and the Coacha sports team app. This way, the app will remain updated automatically and you’ll never miss a notification – unless, of course, you choose to keep them off for the time being.

I want to add/delete a team admin – how do I do that?

The Coacha free sports team management app allows you to do so very easily, but you must be an admin of your team to add or delete new administrators. The person registering the app and paying the one-time annual fee, e.g. the club owner, automatically becomes the main admin.

Once the app is registered, you can add as many team admins as you like. Admins automatically have the same rights as you which include:

I want to search for a specific player through membership number. Is that possible?

Yes it is, as it’s a common feature found in most apps for clubs. Many people find this feature useful because as a team coach, you must sometimes consult the membership number of your players.

An important step to remember is that you must fill in all the required information in each player’s profile page, including their membership number. It will make team management a lot easier once you get into the habit of filling up each profile fully as members are added. Alternatively, you can ‘mass import’ everyone’s membership number with Coacha’s ‘Mass Upload’ feature.

You can view this information at any time through the app’s main interface against individual members’ profiles.
