Great news. We’re rolling out a whole new era for Coacha week commencing 13/01/20!
As you know, we’ve been busy beavering away on V3 over the last few months. We’ve completely rebuilt Coacha on state-of-the-art technology to make your lives even easier & save you even more time.
V3 will bring you a huge number of new features such as:
• GoCardless integration
• Members creating passwords on the signup form
• Quicker, better & stronger interface
• Multiple administrators
• More staff roles
• Read more here
We’ll be rolling out the upgrade to V3 Beta next week, so you’ll notice some changes. The functionality you know & love will remain the same, there’ll just be a brand-new interface & some additional functionality (that you asked for!).
As with previous updates, we’ll need your help spotting any little bugs (things that aren’t working as you think they should). We’ve already completed controlled tests via several different teams and a handful of users. We've worked really hard to eradicate any bugs but naturally, there may be a few hiding somewhere. Just email email@example.com if you find any.
Although the functionality remains the same, we’ve streamlined Coacha so it takes less steps to get to where you need to be. If you need any help finding anything:
• All of our user guides will be updated before launch and you will find everything you need there.
• The eagle-eyed among you will have noticed the ‘chat’ icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your Coacha screen. Chat with us Mon-Fri 8-5.
