With our new GDPR and Safeguarding features launching this Summer, we have a lot of new clubs getting on board who were using other pieces of software prior to switching. These clubs tell us they switched because the other software provider’s GDPR features were no where near as sophisticated as ours. They also say that it’s due to some providers being based outside of the UK, and their dedication to GDPR not being nearly as strong.

When a few of our users end up coming to us with the same queries and we find them to be doing things the long way around, we love being able to write an article that makes their lives easier and saves them yet more time. Our ‘Your Questions Answered’ and ‘Tips & Tricks’ blog series have gone down really well over the last year, receiving so many compliments for helpfulness and reducing the need for you guys to have to contact our Support team (although we’re always here should you need us).

It’s June, can you believe it? It’s over six months since we announced our competition winners, 4 months since we released our GDPR Guide and Checklist and it’s already nearly a whole month since GDPR has gone live!

Time is precious, it flies when you’re having fun and there are never enough hours in the day; and that’s if you’re just an average person. If you’re a club owner/coach, we know that all of the above clichés are total understatements. Sure, we love what we do, even if it takes a lot of time out of our social lives; but the truth is, we wouldn’t have it any other way. But it would be nice to cut down on unnecessary admin where possible, right?
