INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information you give us.  You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site, or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise.  This includes information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to our service, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our site, attend webinars, enter a competition, promotion or survey, and when you report a problem with our site.  The information you give us may include your name, address, email address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph, and if you subscribe to our service (whether as a team leader, coach or organiser or as a nominated user), will include details about team members (such as their name, address and contact details) and the contact details of their next of kin, medical and performance information, event and training attendance, email and text communication, documents that you upload (such as DBS (formerly CRB) documents and insurance documents and certificates).
  • Information we collect about you.  With regard to each of your visits to our site, we may automatically collect the following information:
  • technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;
  • information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); services you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number.
  • Sensitive personal information and other third party information.  You may give us sensitive personal information (for example medical details about your team members, such as whether they have any allergies) and other personal information about your team members.  Where this information relates to a third party such as a team member, you are responsible for ensuring that the individual in question is aware of how their information will be used, and for securing their specific written consent to this.  We recommend that you ask them to read this privacy policy before they disclose the information to you, and before you pass it on to us, and also that you ask them to confirm in writing that they have read it and agreed to its terms.  You agree to indemnify us for any financial losses we may suffer as a result of your failing to obtain the requisite consent.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR DATA
